That’s why we’ve created our Generations Dental Benefits Club for those patients and families that currently don’t get help from any dental insurance. Let’s make dental care more affordable.

How does it work?

The Generations Dental Benefits Club is built on the foundation of prevention. Individuals who see their dentists regularly are healthier, have fewer problems, and when problems do occur they are usually caught earlier and are thus less involved and less costly.

For example, a small cavity is usually treated with a small filling. Left unchecked, it can grow to an infection needing a root canal and crown, increasing the impact on your pocket book by 10 fold (ouch on both accounts, let’s get it while it’s small).

The Club is structured to allow for 2-4 preventive visits per year, appropriate x-rays, and fluoride treatments all depending on your individual risk and needs. You also receive one emergency visit per year, if needed.

And best of all, all regularly priced treatments are provided for Club members at a discounted rate.  This includes anything from needed repairs to cosmetic procedures, making your smile healthy and bright.

Program guidelines

The Generations Dental Benefits Club is not insurance. It is a prepaid discounted preventive dental service program and provides additional discounts for corrective treatments. This program is only available to individuals and families not currently insured by another dental health plan. Members may only receive dental care at Generations Dental. The program benefits are not transferable to any other dental practice, including referral to a specialist.

• It is the member’s responsibility to schedule and keep all appointments offered as part of this dental program.
• Membership is for 1 year beginning on the enrollment date. Membership will automatically renew on the anniversary date unless a written request to cancel is received 30 days prior to the renewal.
• Membership dues are payable in full upon enrollment and are non-refundable.
• Services not scheduled or rendered in a the given program benefit year are not refundable  or transferable to the next benefit year
• This offer is not valid when using insurance of any kind. If you become insured during the benefit year, your membership will be terminated and dues are non-refundable.
• Cash, check or credit card payments are accepted.
• Payments for additional dental services are the member’s responsibility. Payment is due on the date of service to qualify for the discounts detailed above.
• Payments involving outside lenders such as Care Credit will have Benefit Club discounts adjusted by the appropriate rate applied.
• Membership must be current to receive the discounts.
• Most FLEX plans reimburse for dental services. It is important for you to contact your Employee Benefits provider to know for sure the parameters of your coverage with our program.
• Fees for dental services may change at any time.
• No deductibles, No yearly maximums, No waiting periods, No exclusions for elective care, No preauthorizations, No time restrictions between visits. All meaning less hassle for you.
• Please notify the office 48 hours in advance if you must change an appointment.
